Briar Cheatham fifth in weekly event at Deep South Speedway
Kicking off their Memorial Day weekend plans, Briar Cheatham made his way to Deep South Speedway (Loxley, Ala.) on Saturday night.
With 11 Late Models at the track, Briar started the 20-lap feature from the fourth-row and finished inside the Top-5 in fifth.
At Southern Raceway (Milton, Fla.) on Sunday for the track's Military Appreciation night, Cheatham qualified eight-quickest before mechanical issues ended his night early.
